The National Justice Inspectorate (CNJ) determined, this Friday (27), the removal of judge Magid Nauef Láuar, of the Court of Justice of Minas Gerais (TJ-MG). The judge gained national attention after acquitting a 35-year-old man who had a sexual relationship with a 12-year-old teenager, considered rape of a vulnerable person.
