Firefighters intervene in Trnava, where smoke was spreading from several sewer manholes. Values corresponding to combustion products were measured. Lena Košťálová, spokeswoman for the Regional Directorate of the Fire and Rescue Service (HaZZ) in Trnava, told TASR.
“Firefighters are currently responding to an incident where sewer hatches were shot, which then spread smoke. Responding officers performed measurements at several locations, during which the values of combustion products were measured,” explained Košťálová at noon on Tuesday, with the fact that the firemen are currently providing assistance to the waterworks.
