in Loulé, will host, between March 28th and April 12th, a series of gastronomic initiatives open to the public, as part of the “Todos à Mesa” initiative.
The program includes workshops and culinary demonstrations that invite participants to explore different flavors and techniques, promoting conviviality and sharing at the table.
Algarve tradition highlighted
Among the moments planned, an interpretation of “Almôndegas à Guia” stands out, inspired by the Algarve gastronomic tradition, which aims to enhance local flavors.
The initiative also includes a workshop dedicated to the “Meatball Cataplana”, a contemporary approach to one of the region’s most emblematic dishes.
Proposals with a fusion of flavors
The program also includes a culinary demonstration dedicated to international cuisine, featuring Mexican tacos with meatballs, in a combination that crosses different gastronomic traditions.
The initiatives take place at three different times: on March 29th, between 4pm and 5pm, with “Almôndegas à Guia”, promoted by Franguinho do Shopping; on April 2, at the same time, with the “Cataplana de Almôndegas” workshop; and on April 11th, also between 4pm and 5pm, with “Meatball Mashup Mexican Mix”, promoted by Baja Fresh.
