Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), authorized this Saturday (28) the visit of Senator Flavio Bolsonaro to his father’s residence in Brásilia. The magistrate also granted access to lawyers and staff at the house.
Bolsonaro’s defense will be able to visit the residence from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Only one lawyer will be allowed to enter at a time, with a maximum duration of 30 minutes, between 8:20 am and 6 pm, after scheduling an appointment with the Penitentiary Complex of the 19th Military Police Battalion.
Moraes, however, “barred” visits from the reserve captain’s other children who do not live in the same residence as their father.
