The Gimnasia de Jujuy defender was detained after, moments before taking off a flight to Buenos Aires, he shouted “bomb”, immediately triggering the security protocol.
The situation led to the intervention of the authorities, with the player being handcuffed at the airport. The aircraft subsequently underwent a full inspection by specialist teams, who confirmed that it was a false alarm.
