It has been almost exactly a year since the Supreme Court (OGH) sentenced former Finance Minister Karl-Heinz Grasser to an unconditional prison sentence of four years. Back then, on March 25, 2025, the Buwog and Terminal Tower Linz cases were legally concluded and Grasser was found guilty of breach of trust and accepting gifts.
