was awarded the ‘Five Star Regions Award 2026’, in the Shopping Centers category, marking the eighth consecutive year in which it has received this distinction.
The award recognizes regional brands and icons that stand out for their high level of consumer satisfaction, consolidating Forum Algarve as a reference in the sector at a regional level.
The distinction comes at a time of renewal for the shopping center, which recently celebrated 25 years of presence in the Algarve, marking the date with a rebranding and the introduction of the new signature “So Forum, so good”.
This new identity aims to modernize the brand and reinforce the connection to the Faro community and the Algarve region.
Around 407 thousand consumers were involved in awarding the prize, who evaluated more than a thousand brands across the country. Only 133 managed to achieve the level of excellence necessary to achieve the distinction.
The award is the result of a comprehensive assessment of consumer satisfaction, reinforcing confidence in Forum Algarve and its ability to monitor public preferences.
The director of Forum Algarve, Sérgio Santos, highlights the importance of the recognition: “In the year in which Forum Algarve celebrates its 25th anniversary, receiving the ‘Five Star Regions Award’ for the eighth consecutive year takes on an even more special meaning. This recognition validates not only the consistency of our work over more than two decades, but also the relevance of the recent rebranding.”
The person responsible adds that “the new signature ‘So Forum, so good’ materializes the positive experience and proximity that consumers continue to value and that has allowed us, once again, to be one of the brands of choice for the Portuguese”.
“Seeing Forum Algarve consolidate itself as a reference of regional excellence is the best indicator of the confidence of our visitors. It is the recognition that, after 25 years, Forum Algarve continues to assert itself as an innovative shopping center, capable of following the preferences of its visitors”, concludes the shopping center director.
