The singer was detained on Wednesday (April 15) during operation Narco Fluxo, which investigates a criminal organization for money laundering and illegal transactions in excess of R$1.6 billion. The arrest took place at his residence, a luxury condominium in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Southwest Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The singer was taken to the Federal Police headquarters, where he did not give a statement. In the afternoon, he was transferred to the José Frederico Marques Prison, in Benfica, North Zone.
The custody hearing took place virtually in a room in the prison itself at 11am on Thursday (16 April). In the end, the Federal Court decided to maintain the artist’s temporary arrest.

OPERATION NARCO FLOW
Operation Narco Fluxo had the support of the Military Police of the State of São Paulo.
According to investigations, those involved used a system to hide and conceal values, including high-value financial operations, transportation of cash and transactions with crypto assets.
Around 200 federal police officers carried out more than 80 court warrants, including searches and seizures and temporary arrests, issued by the 5th Federal Court in Santos at addresses located in the States of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Pernambuco, Espírito Santo, Maranhão, Santa Catarina, Paraná and Goiás, in addition to the Federal District.

Marlon Brandon Coelho Couto Silva (MC Poze do Rodo), 27 years old, was arrested at his home, in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, in Rio. Poze do Rodo’s defense told the TV Globo what “I don’t know the records or the content of the arrest warrant”. Said that “will appear in court to restore his freedom and provide the necessary clarifications to the Judiciary” when you have access.
Raphael Sousa Oliveira, the creator of the Choquei profile, detained in Goiânia during the operation, was also arrested. According to investigations, he is suspected of being part of the scheme for moving and hiding illicit resources.
