Feijóo reproaches the lack of investment and Sánchez responds: “You finance yourself in B and you want workers in B”
The leader of the PP had registered, as usual, a generic question addressed to the President of the Government: “Do you think that the Government makes Spain work?” However, his question has focused on investment in infrastructure: “You have had a record of increasing taxes and public debt, but Spain is at the bottom of the European Union in investment in infrastructure in terms of gross domestic product. Look, where are the 500,000 million euros that has increased the public debt if the infrastructures (highways and AVE) do not work?” Feijóo asked.
Sánchez has come forward detailing the “entities and institutions that rate the good progress of the country” and has taken the opportunity to reproach Feijóo for not celebrating the Spanish employment data: “Spain has to exceed 22 million Social Security affiliates at the end of the next legislature, that is what Mr. Núñez Feijóo said. One year before the end of the legislature, Mr. Feijóo, we have achieved it. We have 22 million Social Security affiliates,” Sánchez defended before indicating that “with this Government, Spain works.” “What is not working is an opposition that has been confusing its wishes with reality for years,” the President of the Government said.
Feijóo has continued in his response with the incidents on suburban trains, Rodalíes and AVE and has made reference to the victims of Adamuz. “Do you really think that we Spaniards deserve to use our security money to pay the friends of the previous Minister of Transport or to pay the salary of the current minister, who is dedicated to insulting everyone on social networks? The only thing that is more shameful than your corruption is your lack of humanity. You are relentless, collecting, you are insensitive to people’s problems,” said the PP leader before pointing out that “the only thing that ties in with your corruption, Mr. Sánchez, is your incompetence.”
The head of the Executive has ended his responses to the leader of the opposition by reproaching the agreement reached with Vox in Extremadura for the investiture of María Guardiola: “You offer Extremadura and Spain lessons in constitutionalism, and the first thing you do is kick the Constitution, violating the principle of equality between citizens and the principle of non-discrimination”, in addition, he has reproached that the PP seeks to dismantle the public: “You finance yourself in B and you want workers in B”, he has Sánchez concluded.
