Deputy requests investigation into suspicions of sexual exploitation and trafficking of women at Cine Trancoso events, in Bahia
The federal deputy (PSB-SP) presented on Thursday (April 30, 2026) a criminal report about the parties of former banker Daniel Vorcaro. The congresswoman requests an investigation into suspicions of sexual exploitation and international trafficking of women at events held in Trancoso, on the coast of Bahia.
The complaint formalized by the deputy calls for an investigation into the events promoted by Vorcaro, known as Cine Trancoso. The document addresses female participation in these parties, with evidence that women have been used as an instrument to favor public authorities.
According to information from the deputy, the banker organized parties with women brought from abroad. The events featured models from countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Mexico and Venezuela.

The complaint was motivated by information that emerged during Federal Police investigations into the Master case. Documents collected show budgets for travel expenses for event participants. There were logistical costs and the choice of foreigners to make identification difficult for the authorities, avoiding leaks.
The events investigated were held on different dates. A Halloween party was held in 2023. Complex logistics brought famous models and DJs to Brazil, including transfers in Verona, Italy, Barcelona, Spain, and Santa Bárbara, in the USA. The former banker also paid for foreign women to travel to celebrate his birthday in October 2022 at a mansion in Trancoso.
In January 2026, the Public Ministry at the TCU (Federal Audit Court) had already made a representation recommending the opening of a process to identify federal public authorities who had participated in the parties.
The representation of the Public Ministry at the TCU mentioned a report from the digital magazine Liberta. The document stated that “these events, called Cine Trancoso, would have been attended by high-ranking authorities from the Three Powers of the Republic, including members of the Executive Branch of the previous government, members of the financial market, politics and the legal world”.
The logistics of bringing participants involved different countries. There was a record of a bus ticket from Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, to Warsaw, Poland. The record indicates that among the participants was someone who went through the war in Europe. Federal Police investigations seized data containing intimate videos, passport images and records of these meetings.
The crime report requests investigation of possible practices. There is no definitive confirmation about sexual exploitation and international trafficking of women. The investigation must determine whether there were crimes and identify those responsible. There is no information on how many women were involved in the events. There is also no data on the identity of the authorities who allegedly participated in the parties.
The congresswoman argues that the facts could constitute crimes such as international human trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation, promoting prostitution or sexual exploitation, criminal association or criminal organization. There are also possible crimes against sexual dignity and individual freedom.
“It is reported that such events were organized in a structured and recurring manner, with characteristics that go beyond private social meetings, presenting evidence of the instrumentalization of women as a means of favoring and influencing public authorities”states the document presented by the congresswoman.
“We are not talking about isolated episodes, but about evidence of a structure that may have transformed women’s bodies into bargaining chips for access and influence. This requires a rigorous investigation, with a specialized look at gender-based violence, to ensure that no victim is silenced and that all those responsible are duly held accountable”said deputy Tabata Amaral in a statement released this Thursday (May 30).
