Porto is champion of the Portuguese Championship. The team beat Alverca 1-0 this Saturday (2), at the Dragão stadium, in a game valid for the 32nd round. The title goal was scored by Poland’s Jan Bednarek.
With the triumph, Porto reached 85 points, nine more than Benfica, and cannot be reached by any other club in the national league, as there are only two games left until the end of the competition.
Alverca ended up with 38 points, in 9th place.
