The filed two representations against the general director of , Andrei Rodrigues, for his participation, in April 2024, in a , of , in London (United Kingdom).
The party calls for Andrei to be investigated for administrative improbity and conflict of interest, on the grounds that the Master, currently being investigated by the PF, organized and paid several of the party’s costs, including the participants’ expenses.
Novo states that, in a response obtained via LAI (Access to Information Law), the Federal Police informed the general director to go to London.
The PF, according to Novo, also said it did not know the total amount disbursed by the organizers to cover Andrei’s participation — which, in the party’s view, shows a lack of administrative control over benefits received.
The representations were filed with the Public Prosecutor’s Office in the Federal District and with the Public Ethics Commission of the Presidency of the Republic. Both are signed by retired judge Sebastião Coelho (Novo), pre-candidate for the Senate for the Federal District.
The Federal Police press office was contacted by email this Sunday (3), but there was no response until the publication of this text.
