Federal deputy Arlindo Chinaglia (PT-SP) called the Electoral Public Ministry and the (Superior Electoral Court) to carry out an electoral investigation into the million-dollar financing of the film “”.
In the representations, the PT member says that the high volume of resources used in the film, which aims to exalt the figure of the former president, “has very clear electoral repercussions” and, therefore, the potential to influence the fairness and equality of the elections.
Chinaglia reinforced that the film became the most expensive vehicle ever financed in the country and disseminates a narrative against electronic voting machines.
In the request made to the TSE, the parliamentarian cites the cost of producing the film and the fact that the presidential candidate () is responsible for raising money from the owner of Master, .

The representation reinforces the request for precautionary measures to prevent the film from being used as an instrument of electoral propaganda. The party had already asked for the film to be banned from being released on the eve of the elections.
