Lisbon/Colmar – In the case of the alleged abandonment of two French small children in Portugal, the mother and stepfather are to be brought before a judge. The French people arrested on Thursday are expected to be brought before a magistrate in the city of Setúbal on Friday afternoon, said the spokesman for the National Guard of the Republic (GNR), Lieutenant Colonel Carlos Canatário, on the state TV channel RTP. The two have so far shown no willingness to cooperate.
