Registration for the 2020 is open until June 20th. The list of winners will be announced on September 30th.
Works made from June 10, 2025 to June 20, 2026, by one person or by a team, can participate, with a limit of one entry per author or group. The award is divided into seven categories: text, audio, video, multimedia, photography, art and book report.
In the book-report category, titles published from January 1st to December 31st, 2025 are accepted. The registration fee is R$60 per work.
The winning works will automatically become part of the Vladimir Herzog Prize collection and will be available for consultation on .
