The competition of Receptář magazine for the most beautiful cub has successfully ended and it’s time to announce the cutest winners. From dozens of submitted photos full of animal innocence and unique moments, the readers chose the ones that won the most sympathy using their votes.
Thousands of enthusiastic readers took part in the voting, which took place from April 16 to May 31. It was their votes that decided which cubs occupied the front row. Valuable prizes await the 22 contestants with the highest number of votes, which will make both owners and their pets happy.
The five most popular animal companions
Based on your vote, the top prizes go to the authors of the five photos with the absolute highest number of votes:
1st place: Anna Pytlíková – Our new love Medulka (5,958 votes)
The sight of the adorable Medulka clearly won the hearts of the readers, and with a huge lead it took the well-deserved first place.
2nd place: Ladislav Svoboda – Our little lifeguard (4,739 votes)
The image of the little animal lifeguard humorously captured the unrepeatable moment and secured a great silver position.
3rd place: Michaela Krejčíková – Our Elinka has an afternoon siesta (766 votes)
The well-being and peace radiating from little Elinka’s afternoon siesta appealed to hundreds of voters and earned her a beautiful third place.
4th place: Daniela Haubertová – Little Cranberry born at the very beginning of spring (601 votes)

5th place: Petra Šmídková – Our kitten Mini – we found him tiny… (447 votes)
A story with a happy ending and the cuteness of the kitten Mini round off our elite five of the most successful films.
