In a medical bulletin released on Tuesday night (30), the Military Police of the State of São Paulo reported that the health status of the lieutenant of Rota Ronickson Pimentel dos Santos39 years old, showed positive evolution.
O official, remains hospitalized in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) from the Mário Covas State Hospital, in Santo André, in ABC Paulista, after suffering an attempted murder last Saturday (27).
According to the bulletin, Pimentel responded satisfactorily to the measures adopted by the medical team and continues to have no fever. He demonstrated a good response to neurological treatment, with improvement in monitoring parameters.
Also according to the report, there was a reduction in the need for medications to maintain blood pressure and the other organs continue to function properly.
The PM reported that the lieutenant must undergo a new one this Wednesday (1st). The medical team will also continue to gradually reduce sedation and maintain supportive measures to assist with .
Although the picture is still considered seriousthe lieutenant had a positive evolution and remains being permanently monitored by the medical team.
On Saturday, the day of the crime, Pimentel underwent emergency surgery to remove the projectile lodged in his head. According to previous bulletins from the PM, despite the severity, the condition is stable and the officer “is fighting for his life”.
