The convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein hid secret files in storage centers across the United States in an apparent attempt to thwart investigations into their activities, The Telegraph newspaper reported on Monday.

The American tycoon, who died in prison in August 2019, reached pay private detectives to remove equipment from his home in Florida and take it to storage units, according to documents that the newspaper says it obtained. According to these same documents, Epstein rented at least one unit since 2003 and regular payments for its use continued until 2019the year of his death in a New York prison.

Search warrants reviewed by ‘The Telegraph’ suggest that US authorities never raided these storage rooms, raising the possibility that contain unseen tests related to Epstein and his friends, including Andrés Mountbatten-Windsorbrother of King Charles III, and Peter Mandelsonthe former British ambassador to the United States dismissed last year by the Government after his links with the pedophile became known.

In December, the US Department of Justice published three million files related to the financial.

Last Thursday, former Prince Andrew was arrested and later released in Norfolk Countyeast of England, on suspicion of misconduct in public office when he was special trade representative of the Government in the first decade of the 2000s. As revealed by the media, Andrés even passed sensitive government documents to Epstein.
