Court denies Luciano Hang compensation against Boulos – 03/06/2026 – Panel

The Court of Justice denied requests for compensation for moral damages from the businessman and Havan before the minister (General Secretariat of the Presidency) and the (Homeless Workers Movement).

In the decision published this Thursday, judge Kleber Leles de Souza stated that there is no evidence in the case file that indicates violent invasion, depredation, vandalism or threat.

Souza says that, despite Hang describing the protest as an invasion, there is no evidence for this statement.

Hang and Havan claimed to receive R$25,000 each.

It is now possible to appeal in the second instance.

“In the last few weeks we beat Marçal [por fake news de uso de cocaína]the contractors of the suspected works of the [Ricardo] Nunes and, now, Véio da Havan. You can now request music”, Boulos told the Panel.

“It’s good to see that, in these cases, the Court is not complicit in the lie”, added the minister.

After filling their shopping carts, the protesters did not take any merchandise.
