The Department of the Interior became a contractual employer in the system of state-supported rental housing. Ministry employees can thus obtain state-supported rental apartments in Bratislava’s Trnávka. TASR was informed about this by the spokesman of the Ministry of the Interior (MV) Matej Neumann.
“Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Slovak Republic currently have the opportunity to join and obtain a rental apartment in the Ovocné sady project, which is located in the popular Bratislava district of Trnávka near Ivanská cesta,” said Neumann.
He added that state-supported rental housing offers affordable housing. “The amount of rent is regulated by the government and takes regional differences into account to make housing sustainable and affordable.” zoomed in.
Neumann further informed that the registration of binding interest has started. “Confirmation of binding interest requires completion of data and submission of income documents,” he stated.
