Without giving further details, Lula said that the holding of the auction disregarded guidance from the federal government and the state-owned company’s own management. “People knew the guidance from the government and Petrobras: ‘we are not going to increase LPG’. Because they held an auction against the wishes of Petrobras management”said Lula in the interview with TV Record Bahia.
