The year 2021 was a breakthrough for Adriana Kneissl, the long-time face of the Marquis Telerán. She said goodbye to Marquise and moved to Austria to be with her love. Together with her husband, Christian, they bought a picturesque mansion in Burgau, where they run a guesthouse. Many Slovaks thought that abroad they were living like a castle lady, but the opposite is true. The ex-moderator has not stopped since morning and always has work on her head.
Kneissl is constantly dealing with some housework, remodeling or improvements, and as for the garden, that’s a chapter in itself. On Wednesday, April 1, she was a guest in the Yojkár show Ranné noviny, and after returning home, she immediately changed into overalls and grabbed her work tools. “A star on TV in the morning. A star on the construction site in the afternoon,” she commented on two quite contrasting photos, which you can find in the gallery above the article.
The former face of television actively documents her life on social networks and shared the news with her followers even now. She pointed out a truth about life in our neighbors that many people are not aware of.
“The gentleman with the refrigerators just left and the gentleman with the heating oil arrived. Now listen to this, hey. You who all envy the nice life in Austria. Do you know how expensive it is here?” asked Adriana.
“When we came to live here, a liter of heating oil cost 80 cents. Now it costs 1.80 euros. We need many, many liters. And everything here is terribly expensive. I don’t know if everything has grown so much in the week I was gone, but it seems to me that everything here is five times as expensive as when I left. Hard times are upon us,” stated Adriana Kneissl in the video that you can watch at the beginning of the article.
