Shvidun interceptor drones are successfully countering Russian attack drones including Shahed, Geran and Gerbera

Strengthening interception capabilities to protect Ukrainian airspace is one of the Ukraine war plan objectives. The goal, according to the ministry, is to identify 100% of aerial threats in real time and intercept at least 95% of missiles and drones launched by Russia.
Ukrainian officials indicate that the Shvidun is among the interceptor drones of local production most effective currently in serviceespecially against drone threats in large numbers.
