The researchers from Federal Police and the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) they will cross-reference the information from Daniel Vorcaro’s plea bargain proposal with the evidence already collected on the banker’s cell phone and on other investigation fronts of Operation Compliance Zero, to check whether he presented new facts in his report.

Each annex deals with a different fact and presents a summary report of what Daniel Vorcaro has to say on the subjectaccompanied by a description of possible means of proof. The content of the material is confidential.
These facts will be cross-referenced with the entire set of evidence already obtained in Operation Compliance Zero, to verify whether the information is new and justifies an award-winning collaboration. There is no deadline for this work to be completedbut researchers will prioritize this analysis and do not want the process to take excessively long.
It was based on Vorcaro’s cell phone that the PF launched the last two phases of Operation Compliance Zero, resulting in the banker’s second arrest and the arrest of the former president of the Banco Regional de Brasília (BRB), Paulo Henrique Costa.
The dialogues showed, for example, that Vorcaro used a kind of armed militia to threaten opponents, he had the means to invade the systems of investigative bodies and agreed to pay R$146 million in real estate to Paulo Henrique Costa.
At this stage, the plea bargain proposal is not yet accompanied by corroborating documents nor does it involve discussion about the length of sentence or compensation amounts.
At the end of this first analysis, the PF and PGR will respond if they are interested in an award-winning collaboration agreement of the owner of Banco Master or if they reject the agreement.
If the investigators consider that the facts are truly unprecedented and decide to proceed with the accusation, the negotiation table will be opened to discuss these clauses of the agreement.
After both sides reach a consensus, investigators will take Vorcaro’s statements about each of the attachments. In addition, your defense must provide corroborating documents and evidence.
With all of this aligned, the award-winning collaboration agreement can be signed and sent to the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) André Mendonça, who is responsible for giving the document legal approval. The agreement only takes effect and is valid after approval by the minister.
