Vienna – The possibility of a blue-black federal government under Chancellor Herbert Kickl (FPÖ) is causing concern for many. The LGBTIQ+ community in particular has repeatedly been exposed to verbal attacks from the Freedom Party in the past. Legal restrictions on the community are hardly possible without violating the constitution, explains lawyer Helmut Graupner in an interview with the APA.
