The year 2024 is over and Idealista, a platform for buying and selling houses, has made a list of the ten most visited luxury houses in Portugal over the last year. Lisbon is the region with the most attractive luxury homes in 2024 and all of them remain for sale. What is certain is that, although these houses are not accessible to all budgets, there are more and more users seeing luxury mansions on the internet.
It is in Quinta da Beloura, in Sintra, that the most sought after luxury home in 2024 on Idealista is located. The house has a hydraulic lift for vehicles, a garage for five cars, a heated swimming pool, games room, cinema room, gym with sauna and jacuzzi, as well as a wine cellar, and is for sale for R$2,600,000. Slightly further south, in Tróia, is the second most visited house on the house buying and selling platform.
It is a villa exclusive at Pestana Tróia Eco-Resort and the house has four bedrooms in an area of 251 square meters. The house appears inserted in a resort with swimming pools, spa, gym, restaurants and 24-hour security, focused on sustainability and nature preservation. In addition to all these amenities, the village also has access to an exclusive beach for residents. The price to pay for this house is set at 3,800,000 euros.
The third most visited house in 2024 is located in Belém and is a duplex apartment in a private condominium. The price to live there is 2,090,000 euros. Already outside the podium of the most visited houses on this platform is a house with a view of the sea on the island of Madeira. The house, which costs 2.5 million euros, has a gym, sauna and swimming pool, as well as views of the famous Funchal bay.
Finally, the fifth most sought after house in 2024 is a penthouse located in Lisbon, overlooking the Tagus River. We are talking about a dream apartment whose sales price is 8,000,000 euros.
