PF delegate investigating the STJ leaves the case – 10/09/2025 – Power

The delegate responsible for investigations into suspicions of a sales and leaks scheme at the (Superior Court of Justice) decided to leave the case, citing personal reasons.

Marco Bontempo informed his bosses in September that he would no longer be in charge of the Sisamnes operation, which involves several investigations on the subject. According to reports made to Sheetthe delegate suffered physical and mental exhaustion as a result of stress.

The Federal Police have not yet chosen the delegate who will take over the investigation. The case is under the responsibility of the Coordination of Inquiries in the Superior Courts, an area subordinate to the Directorate of Investigation and Combating Organized Crime and Corruption.

The investigation into the offices of STJ ministers was an outcome of the lawyer’s death in (MT), which occurred at the end of 2023. The investigation into the murder found suspicious conversations between him and the lobbyist on the victim’s cell phone.

The investigation revealed an intricate suspicion of selling decisions. Andreson was hired by businesspeople interested in legal proceedings and, in the courts, he lobbied judges and civil servants to meet their interests.

In some cases, the lobbyist’s wife, a lawyer, formally represented Andreson’s clients in the processes and wrote contracts and documents to facilitate the advancement of the criminal scheme.

The Federal Police found the files seized in the minutes of votes from STJ ministers.

Suspicions are restricted to employees working in ministers’ offices. Despite the crisis that the investigation created, the court has so far dismissed only one civil servant.

Judicial technician Márcio José Toledo Pinto worked in several court offices. He was the target of an internal investigation by the STJ opened after the revelation of relationships between court employees and Andreson.

According to the Federal Police, Pinto sent draft decisions to the lobbyist and, in return, received money from the criminal scheme through a company created in his wife’s name.

Over time, the investigation began to involve several other suspects in courts across the country, and even about a group called C4, which .

Last Friday (3), the Federal Police carried out a seizure at the home of lobbyist Andreson Gonçalves. The objective was to find out whether the person being investigated was failing to comply with precautionary measures.

The PF also arrested retired PM sergeant Dejair Silvestre dos Santos, who according to people close to him provided private security for Andreson. People following the investigation said he tried to hide a cell phone and was arrested for obstruction of justice.

Andreson has been under house arrest in Primavera do Leste, in the interior of Mato Grosso, since July. Before that, he spent eight months in pre-trial detention. During this period, the lobbyist lost more than 30 kg and had serious health problems.

According to his defense, the lobbyist underwent surgery in 2020 that involved the removal of part of his intestine. The procedure affects food digestion. House arrest was authorized by Cristiano Zanin.
