  • 12 sheets of lasagne pasta,
  • 500 g of minced pork,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 can of tomatoes,
  • 3 teaspoons of tomato paste,
  • 100 g sour cream,
  • 200 g of yellow cheese,
  • herbs de Provence to taste,
  • salt and pepper
  • a little olive oil for frying and greasing the baking tray.

Pour water into the pot, add salt and bring to a boil. Add lasagne sheets to boiling water and cook until al dente (maximum 10 minutes). Take them out and place them on the counter or on baking paper spread out separately so that they do not stick together.

Now make the sauce. Peel the onion, wash and chop finely. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into cubes.

Heat a deep frying pan with a little olive oil. Fry the onion and garlic.

Add the meat, salt and pepper. Fry until ready.

Pour the contents of the can of tomatoes into the meat and season with Provençal herbs. Fry, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes. Finally, add tomato paste.

Mix.

Cut each pasta sheet in half. Spray the form with olive oil or grease it with a paper towel.

Place two pieces of lasagna into one cupcake cavity. You can cut it with a sharp knife or scissors if it sticks out too much. Make a dollop of sour cream in the middle.

Pour the meat with tomato sauce into each cavity. Now grate the cheese and sprinkle each cupcake.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius without convection and put in the mini lasagne muffins. Bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese melts.
