24 Feb (Reuters) – Santander Brasil () announced this Tuesday that its corporate headquarters will be transferred in 2028 to the Campus JK, a project already under construction on Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, in the capital of São Paulo, approximately 1.5 km from the current headquarters, which will continue to operate normally.
The JK Campus, developed by GTIS Partners, will have more than 101 thousand m² of built area, occupying a plot of more than 15 thousand m², with access via the JK avenue itself and the streets Leopoldo Couto Magalhães Júnior and João Cachoeira. In the past, the land was occupied by an Extra Hypermarket.
The development, stated the bank, brings together three interconnected corporate towers and ‘was conceived as a true urban campus, integrating horizontal buildings, wide open spaces and living areas designed to stimulate collaboration, innovation and well-being’.

The project will have six floors of offices, four levels of parking and a private terrace. Its infrastructure includes cutting-edge technology, thermal and acoustic comfort, as well as solutions aimed at operational efficiency and flexibility of work spaces.
The change will take place from the second half of 2028.
Santander stated that it chose Campus JK as its future corporate headquarters in line with its long-term strategy, following the highest international standards of efficiency, innovation and sustainability.
