- pomegranate fruit,
- 2 medium potatoes,
- carrot,
- burak,
- 2 hard-boiled eggs,
- chicken breast (boiled or baked),
- small onion,
- mayonnaise,
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation method:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes and carrots, and cook the beetroot separately. Grate the vegetables, but do not mix them together.
2. Place a glass in the center of a large plate and place a layer of grated potatoes around it, season lightly with salt and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise.
3. Place a layer of chicken, then carrots, eggs and beetroot, pressing each layer lightly and spreading very thinly with mayonnaise to make the salad compact.
