The Loulé Municipal Consumer Protection Service will mark World Consumer Day by holding an information session aimed at the community. The initiative takes place on March 16th, at 3:00 pm, at the Loulé Municipal Library, with free entry.
According to the Municipality of Loulé, the activity is dedicated to preventing fraud and promoting more informed consumers, seeking to raise awareness among the population of the risks associated with consumption and reinforce knowledge of their rights.
According to the municipality, the initiative aims to clarify citizens about their rights as consumers and alert them to some risky situations in consumption.
Participation in the session is free and open to the community.
World Consumer Day
Reminds you that World Consumer Day is celebrated annually on March 15, a date that aims to reinforce the importance of consumer rights.
These rights include access to quality goods and services, protection of health and physical safety, as well as the right to information, training and education for consumption and the promotion of conscious consumption practices.
