Trump threatens to attack Iran’s power plants if Iran doesn’t open Strait of Hormuz

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, threatened this Saturday, 21st, in a post on the Truth Social network, to attack and destroy Iran’s power plants, starting with the largest, if the country refuses to completely and without threats open the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours.

Minutes earlier, Trump had claimed to have wiped “Iran off the map”, in addition to criticizing analyst David Sanger, from The New York Times (NYT), whom he called “mediocre” for saying that he would not have achieved his own objectives.

Trump declared that he had achieved his goals weeks ahead of schedule and noted that “Iranian leadership is gone”, just as the navy and air force are “dead”. “They have absolutely no defense and want a deal. I don’t,” he said.

He also continued attacking the newspaper, calling the NYT’s coverage “incompetent”, stating that the outlet always makes mistakes.

In another publication on the same network, Trump once again spoke about illegal immigration in the country, and reaffirmed that the immigration service (ICE) would actually be ready to act on Monday.
