The president (PT) will carry out a cauterization process on the skin and an infiltration in the wrist region for pain in the right thumb. The procedures are expected to be carried out this Friday (24), in São Paulo.
Cauterization is the removal of excess skin, which will be done in the same area of the head that the PT member already carried out, in February this year. The simple process is usually necessary mainly due to exposure to the sun.
According to Secom (Communication Secretariat of the Presidency), Lula leaves for São Paulo on the night of the fifth (23rd), where he should stay until Saturday.
The president had scheduled agendas in the interior of the state on Friday, but the agendas were reallocated to next Monday (27).
