Since BMW is concentrating on the iX3 and has no other real innovations to show, our small trade fair telegram, sorted alphabetically and by company, starts with it BYD. The highlight that should be mentioned right away is: Denza Z Convertible. The group’s premium brand, created in cooperation with Mercedes, now belongs solely to BYD; the high-performance roadster with over 1000 hp (735 kW) complements the coupé already available in China. The brand will be launching its presence in Europe this year, but whether and when it will also be in Austria remains to be determined this year. Unlike the Z9 GT, which is offered as a PHEV and BEV, the (probably Z9) roadster is only designed as a BEV), and whether the Z9 will make it into the Old World as a top model is not unrealistic. Also spotted at Denza: the luxury minivan D9, which will only be available as a PHEV, with an electric range of over 150 km.
