A Guararapes Confecções said on Friday night (8) that its board of directors approved the payment of interest on equity in the total gross amount of R$40 million.
According to the minutes of the meeting, the estimated gross amount to be paid is R$0.07967127013 per share.
Payment will take place on December 28th for shareholders registered in the shareholder base on May 13th.
The company added that payment will be made with resources from the sale of remaining land from the former manufacturing unit located in Fortaleza, Ceará.
