Chocolate and peanut butter in a perfect duo. This cake disappears from the baking tray quickly

Peanut butter cake perfect as an addition to afternoon coffee or tea. It is also a perfect idea for various types of family celebrations and even for the Christmas table.

Note – it disappears from the table quickly, so it’s worth preparing a slightly larger portion.

For the light part:

  • 200 g of wheat flour,
  • 125 g of butter,
  • 120 g sugar,
  • 200 g of white chocolate,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar,
  • 1 flat teaspoon of baking powder,
  • 100 g of peanut butter.

For the dark part:

  • 100 g of dark chocolate,
  • 100 g of milk chocolate,
  • 200 g of butter,
  • 100 g of wheat flour,
  • 150 g sugar,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 40 g kakao,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Prepare the dark chocolate cake. Melt the butter in a small pot and then add the broken dark and milk chocolate. Mix until the ingredients are combined. Set aside to cool.

Add sugar to the cooled mass and mix thoroughly.

Sift the wheat flour with cocoa and baking powder. Mix gently into the chocolate mass. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until smooth.

Now proceed to the preparation of the light part. Melt the butter, remove from the burner, and then add the chopped chocolate. It should fully dissolve. Set aside to cool.

In a bowl, briefly mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour the cooled butter and chocolate mixture.

Sift the wheat flour and baking powder. Mix gently into the dough. The mass should be uniform and thick.

Grease the form or line it with baking paper. Pour in the dark chocolate mixture and then pour in the white one. Make dollops of peanut butter on top. Bake for about 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius without convection.
