Stuffed eggs are a tasty and impressive appetizer for various types of celebrations. In particular, they cannot be missing on the Easter table. However, there is no obstacle to eating them every day. They can be an interesting change in the breakfast menu. They are an exceptionally nutritious version of the dish that will give you energy for many hours stuffed eggs with bacon.

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs,
- 150 g smoked bacon,
- 6 small gherkins,
- 15 g of grated parmesan,
- 2-3 tablespoons of chopped chives,
- 1.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard,
- 1/2 teaspoon of sweet pepper,
- salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste).
How to do it:
1. Place the eggs in a pot with lukewarm water. Boil. Cook for about 8-10 minutes from the moment the water boils. Cool the boiled eggs in cold water. Peel and cut into halves. Carefully remove the yolks from the eggs and place them in a bowl. Place the egg whites on a platter.
2. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Fry in a dry frying pan. Set aside to cool.
3. Finely chop the gherkins (use specimens that are no more than 3-4 cm long).
4. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add a little more than half of the bacon, gherkins and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Mix the ingredients with mayonnaise and mustard. Season with sweet pepper and salt (use salt carefully – the bacon is already salty).
5. Fill the egg white halves with the stuffing. Sprinkle them with the remaining bacon, chives and freshly ground pepper.
