The image says it all: it’s so cold in Europe that the sea has even frozen

It is a rare image in the middle of Europe. Part of Poland’s coast was literally frozen because of the extreme cold that is hitting the country.

These images of people walking are on the sea, but it is so cold that the water has frozen in the bay of Gdansk, in the Baltic Sea.

This past weekend saw temperatures of around minus 22 degrees in much of Poland.
