Guillemot was piloting the twin-engine Cessna 421 plane during the crash. The causes of the accident are not yet known. The businessman, who had a house in the region, was accompanied by a flight instructor, who also died.
A note released by the Ubisoft studio lamented the death, stating that the company “We were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Claude Guillemot, co-founder of the group and president of Guillemot Corp., in an accident.
