In the area of Veľká Ida, there is a warning against a serious smog situation for PM10 particles. The Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute (SHMÚ) draws attention to this on its website. A first-level wind warning is also in effect in several parts of Slovakiasomewhere until Saturday (March 28).
A wind warning applies for the entire Bratislava and Trnava regionas well as for districts Banská Bystrica, Brezno, Myjava, Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Trenčín, Nitra, Topoľčany, Šaľa, Kežmarok, Poprad and most districts of the Žilina and Košice regions.
