The director and feared judge of the dance show Let’s Dance Ján Ďurovčík (55) is extremely happy. In just a few months, his family will grow by a new member. His 31-year-old wife Barbora gave birth to their son Janko in September 2020. Now the couple boasted that they are expecting a baby again. The newspaper brought the news.

Barbora is a talented actress. The funny thing is that her big dream was to play in a musical directed by Ján Ďurovčík. Already during her studies, she managed to get to the Janart Theater. It wasn’t easy.

The strict director pressured her to improve. Barbora auditioned for the theater play On the Painted Glass and won the role. However, due to an unpleasant injury just a day before the premiere, she did not stand on the stage. Despite this, she did not give up, continued to go to auditions and became a permanent part of this theater.

Two years later, Ďurovčík became close to the young actress. After three years of relationship, the famous director got down on one knee and proposed to the beauty. The couple tied the knot in June 2019.

Today, the couple is enjoying a growing family. “We found out like every couple, using a pregnancy test, in January of this year,” admitted the well-known choreographer for Nový Čas. “We are very happy. We’ve been waiting for it… It all started only recently and it has to be handled with care. We just didn’t want to say it until we were sure everything was as it should be,” he explained. The musical actress is four months pregnant.

Until now, no one knew that the couple was joyfully expecting. Barbora did not even appear on the live broadcasts of the dance show Let’s Dance on Markíza TV. It is possible that the couple wanted to keep this beautiful secret to themselves, which is why Barbora missed the television broadcast.

After the news broke, Barbora appeared on social media for the first time after a performance at the Nová Scéna Theater. “Mamma Mia today and then?!? We’ll see,” she wrote. So it seems that the actress is already thinking about how long she will work in the theater before going on maternity leave. PHOTO can be found in the gallery.
