Senator stated that the Lula government is “at all times trying to create lying narratives” and then “put the PF behind”
The senator and pre-candidate for President (PL-RJ) said this Friday (May 15, 2026), before leaving for Rio, that “we have nothing to worry about, other than persecution”.
According to the congressman, the government is “at all times trying to create false narratives, bring false news to the press, and then put the PF behind it”.
The statement was given after the website publish on Wednesday (May 13, 2026) audios that show the moment in which the senator asks the founder of Banco Master, for money, to finance the film “Dark Horse”, which tells the story of the former president (PL).
Flávio cited as an example of what he called “persecution” the possibility that his brother, the former deputy (PL-SP), had received money from Vorcaro to stay in the United States.
“I continue to confirm here: he didn’t receive it. Everything was used in full to produce this film”he stated.

Flavio on Wednesday (May 13) that his contacts with Vorcaro were just to ask for private sponsorship for the making of a private film. The congressman defended the installation of a CPI (Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry) to investigate suspected fraud at Banco Master.
In a note sent to the press, the senator denied having offered any compensation. “I did not offer advantages in return. I did not promote private meetings outside the agenda. I did not broker business with the government. I did not receive money or any advantage”he declared.
The film’s executive producer, federal deputy (PL-SP), that Vorcaro put money into production.
